それ以前は、Ernst & Youngの米国及び日本法人にて多国籍企業に対する移転価格ポリシー構築や移転価格デューデリジェンスといった移転価格アドバイザリー業務に従事。また海外M&Aや新規事業開発のPMOも担当。
ニューヨーク州立大学ジェネセオ校経済学部卒（BA）、ユニバーシティ・カレッジ・ロンドン公共政策大学院MPP修了。
He engages in sourcing and due diligence for ventures businesses primarily outside Japan, while also supporting value-up activities for domestic venture companies.
Prior to joining Prime Partners, Inc., he worked at Ernst & Young both in the US and Japan offices, engaging in transfer pricing advisory services such as transfer pricing policy planning and due diligence. Additionally, he worked as a PMO for a foreign M&A and new business development engagements.
Graduated from SUNY Geneseo with a BA in Economics and earned his MPP at University College London.
