国内中心としたベンチャー企業の発掘、評価、投資、バリューアップ活動に従事すると共に、企業向けの事業開発コンサルティングを担当。また、現在はHR系スタートアップ企業の取締役、IPO準備支援を務める等、複数のベンチャー企業の経営に携わる。
それ以前は、Deloitte Tohmatsu Consultingなどのコンサルティングファームにて、コンシューマー業界を中心とした大手企業の経営戦略策定、組織改革を支援。自らも欧米発の最先端テクノロジーを活用したフィットネスジムベンチャーを立ち上げる。また、株式会社インテリジェンス（現パーソルホールディングス）にて経営企画・事業企画に従事。
Satoshi is mainly in charge of the sourcing, valuation, investment and value-up activities for domestic startups and also, he serves as a business development advisor for them. Currently, he serves as executive board member at HR startup and he is involved in the management and IPO preparations of several startups.
Before working in his current position, he worked at Deloitte Tohmatsu Consulting and other consulting firms. As a consultant, he has proven experience in strategy planning and organizational reform for large corporations in consumer industry. In addition, he launched a fitness gym service, incorporating the latest technologies in the US and Europe. After that, he worked at Intelligence (currently Persol Holdings), creating and driving the development of sales and business planning.
